WE’VE MOVED!

We’re very excited to share that we’ve moved to a new premise in the centre of town. You can now find The Quiet Mind Centre at Strand Court Chambers, 1 Victoria Road, Exmouth, EX8 1DL (see Contact Us page for directions and map).

We were fortunate to have the help of the wonderful team at Focus Foundation who gave us a full day of lugging furniture up and down stairs and to and from the van.

We reopened this week (12th January 2026) and are still shuffling bits and pieces around but are very happy to be settling into this new space.
